GNOSEF 2024 Category Winner Submission Form

Please make sure to fill out all winners in each category on one form. Also, please make sure to answer all questions including whether the first and second place winners should be considered for Grand Awards. We appreciate you providing us this additional information to help us make decisions on who is interviewed for Grand Awards. Thank you for judging the 2024 GNOSEF!!
