Removal of Objects from Exhibit
At the Conclusion of Judging
An exhibitor who desires to remove a valuable piece of equipment from his/her project after judging has been completed must state so at the time of registration and complete the necessary forms.
At the conclusion of judging, the student exhibitor will be responsible for the removal of all objects that could be picked up. Specifically, any item that may be damaged by, dangerous to, or removed by the public, MUST be removed.
At the Conclusion of the Fair
Students are responsible for picking up their own projects at the conclusion of the Fair during specific hours. Projects remaining after that time will be discarded.
After the 2011 Fair, students are expected to remove their projects between 2 PM and 5 PM on Thursday, February 24.
