GNOSEF Categories

Awards are given in seven (8) different categories in the Junior Division (grades 6-8) and seventeen (17) different categories in the Senior Division (grades 9-12).

Note that there is no TEAM PROJECT category in compliance with ISEF protocol.  Schools are allowed to enter 3 projects per category per school in both the Junior and Senior Division with a limit of 3 team projects per division for 1-19 projects submitted in that division, 4 team projects per division for 20-24 submitted projects, and 5 team projects per division for 25+ submitted projects. Teams will compete in their content area.
